All estimates provided are based on available information at the time of quoting. Changes to job scope, conditions, or access may alter final pricing. 

  1. Scheduling 

Service dates/times are subject to availability and weather conditions. 

  1. Customer Responsibilities 

Customers agree to: 

  • Provide accurate contact information 
  • Ensure property access 
  • Remove fragile items from work areas 
  • Follow safety instructions provided by technicians 
  1. Payment Terms 

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to fees. 

  1. SMS Communication 

By opting in (checkbox required), customer agrees to receive: 

  • Estimate updates 
  • Scheduling reminders 
  • Technician arrival notifications 
  • Service follow-up messages

  1. Liability 

We are not liable for: 

  • Pre-existing damage 
  • Hidden structural issues 
  • Problems arising from customer-provided materials
